TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All in stock undecorated items will be shipped within 48 hours. Any shortages will be
reported to our customer immediately so that substitutions, when necessary, can be made.
- Orders must be paid in full via our secure credit card terminal prior to shipment unless other
arrangements are made with our customer service department.
- No returns of merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization. Cancelled orders
that are in process or have been shipped, as well as returned items that are not defective, will
be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee plus all freight charges.
- When possible, Sportswear Graphics will replace any item determined to be defective at no cost
to the customer. If replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for that item.
- Garments must be inspected and verified to be the correct item before they are embellished by a
third party. We cannot accept a return of any item that has been decorated by a third party.
- Closeout and discontinued items cannot be returned.
- Items that have been decorated according to a customer's specifications cannot be returned.
Please make sure that the specifics of your decorating request are clearly stated in your
discussions with our customer service department. It is recommended that you fax a detailed
description, including images and drawings of your design, for review by our art department
before work on your order begins.
